Customization is available. We're more than happy to move the stones around and change the color pattern. The charms can be removed or moved as well. Send us a message after you order if you'd like the bracelet to be changed (that includes resizing). Most are created with 20 stones. All are prestretched to prevent excess stretching when you wear it.
